Skill Awards

We all need goals: End of Term assessments are simply not enough. Every child needs to have a level to which they can work towards in comfort, whilst having a target to reach within their capabilities.

ESS have devised a bespoke programme aimed purely at 4-11 year olds. From week 1 of any ESS course, children are placed at Bronze, Silver and Gold levels. They work within these parameters until fully accomplished at that level. Upon completion of each award, they are given a certificate and immediately move on to the next award level.

We ensure that no child is ‘left in the wilderness’ and all teaching is purposeful and rewarding.
