CONFIRMATION

Your booking will be confirmed once you have completed the online booking and paid the relevant fee.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If your child does not settle well (at either school courses or camp) we will offer a pro-rata refund.

PAYMENTS

No child will be permitted to attend a course/camp without full prior payment.

CANCELLATION PERIOD

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation.

CANCELLATION CHARGE

The cancellation charge for courses taking place on school premises is 10% of outstanding sessions.

The cancellation charge for camps is 10% if less than 24 hours notice is given. Alternatively, if the cancellation is received on the morning of Camp, before 10am, a free transfer to another date can be requested.

There will be no cancellation charge if more than 24 hours notice is given.

HEALTH

You must inform us of any medical issues that your child may have.

PERSONAL ITEMS

The Elms Sport in Schools are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items. Expensive items should be left at home.

UNRULY BEHAVIOUR

The Elms Sport in Schools reserves the right to exclude any child if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous or affects the enjoyment of other children.

In the unlikely event that your child does not enjoy their sport course/camp, please advise us as soon as possible. We do not want children to be unhappy and will do our utmost to ensure they have a happy time.
