The Elms Sport in Schools Annual Football Tournaments
Since the summer of 2016, The Elms Sport in Schools has invited schools from various boroughs to come together and take part in 5-a-side football tournaments.
The aim is to increase community cohesion among primary school children as well as providing children with a platform from which they can continue playing sport. For some children it is an opportunity to compete for the first time – this helps develop life skills and character, together with the pleasure of participating in a team.
We are running annual events in Hillingdon, Brent, Waltham Forest, Hounslow and Merton, throughout 2017.
