Let’s get the ball in play with the serve.

Make sure your feet are behind the base line With a chopper grip start your swing Let the racket swing and chop your toes off Start to take your weight off your front foot

This is the point where you want to release the ball Weight will now be transferred to the back foot

Make sure the back is nice and arched Start with pronation adding racket speed Back foot is raised off the floor front foot perfectly behind base line Transfer body weight to add more power to the ball

Finish with racket down side of leg for follow through Start to get yourself into stance position ready for return of ball
